Gaighat, Feb. 17 (RSS): Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence Ishwar Pokharel has said that the whole state mechanism has been changed in the new federal set up in the country.
Speaking at a programme in Gaighat based Triyuga Secondary School on Sunday, DPM Pokharel said that entire form of governance was changed besides the government.
It was the total new federal set up in the country, he added.
On another note, he added that though there was some confusion in the use of rights and jurisdiction among three levels of governments, the federal government was working out to resolve such disputes enacting laws.
He also claimed that the incumbent government was making its efforts to materialize the agendas forwarded to the public during the elections.
DPM Pokharel was of the view that the government was committed to ensuring security to the people.
Meanwhile, DPM Pokhrel addressing the 14th Senior Division Training of Rastriya Sewa Dal in Lalitpur called the orientation of youths towards patriotism.
He also said that the patriotic feeling was essential to create harmony in the society and promote fraternity.
Rastriya Sewa Dal is providing training to school students on tackling the natural disaster, general Marshall Arts and leadership.
