Butwal, July 30 (RSS): A girl died after being struck by lightning at Tilottama municipality in Rupandehi district Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Deepika Gyawali, 12, of Tilottama municipality-10, Behora.
Deepika, who was critically injured after lightning strike, died on the way to hospital, informed In-charge of Area Police Office, Mangalapur, Sub Inspector, Yubaraj Pandey.
The lightning had struck her at around 5.00 pm while she was cutting grass along with her mother. —
