DPM Yadav for realizing right to education and health

Biratnagar, Sept 25 : Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health and Population Upendra Yadav said that laws were being drafted and enacted for the full implementation of the fundamental rights ensured in the Constitution. DPM Yadav also the chair of Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum Nepal called for for amending the constitution to address various issues and to make it more inclusive and empower the provinces.

Speaking in a province-1 level party’s cadres meet here today, DPM Yadav committed to making the health and education easily accessible to all.
Speaking in the same programme, chief minister of Province No.2 Lal Babu Raut said that the peoples’ rights should be incorporated in the Constitution, including the right to identity.
